Consistent seal quality can be achieved in a range of ways:

• Weld (The film is permanently fixed to the tray when it is cold).
• Cold peel (The film can be peeled away from tray when it is cold)
• Cold weld/hot peel (The film forms a hermetic seal when cold but peels away from the tray after being heated).

We also manufacture tooling for most heat sealing machines.

HPS can custom design a solution for your HF/RF blister sealing requirements including pack profile design. Base web design for multi tooling from semi-automatic machines to large rotary systems with efficient use of factory floor space and integrated welding and cutting stations.

The machine comprises High Frequency welding-blanking machines composed of various units for welding and/or embossing and blanking on synthetic materials, PVC, PU, polyester and coupled leathers. They are suitable for the production of shoe uppers, leather goods, promotional advertising and paper industry articles, spectacle cases, labels for sportswear, inner parts of motor cycle helmets and cars etc.

All welding-blanking machines can work with already screen-printed sheets, thanks to the high precision of the rotating table positioning.
