Print Apply Labellers for "Re-Labelling and Coding Products "

A middle east international company began a project in the UK where they decided to expand in the middle east business by opening premises within the UK. They required labelling machines as they were re-labelling their products with Arabic Writing and exporting the products. So they approached HPS after looking at our website and discussing their requirements .

Background :

The middle east international company are apart of the Lulu Hypermarket in Dubai who have now established a factory in the UK. The Lulu group operates in 105 Hypermarkets, supermarkets and Department stores in GCC, Yemen, Egypt and India. The Hypermarkets varies from other supermarkets by offering an ultra-modern shopping experience by providing all products required by the consumer. "Lulu, where the world comes to shop".
Lulu Group launched their operations in the UK with the inauguration of logistics and packaging centre with Y International (UK) Ltd in Birmingham. With an initial investment of 20M GBP, the new facility procures and exports food, non-food, chilled and frozen products of UK origin to Lulu's stores across the Gulf Region, Including India,Qatar,Kuwait,Oman,Bahrain,Yemen,Egypt and Saudi Arabia
Continuing with our journey:

After a visit to our offices and preliminary discussions about the requirements Allan Hayles was able to provide a line layout sketch of the three labellers. The operations director, Tony Perks also joined Allan on a visit to an existing customers's site in Perry Barr to see a working installation. After further discussions and price negotiations Y international provided an order with HPS with a tight deadline. Three labeling Machines (Compact WX, Compact TS and Compact OS-H) were ordered alongside three Inkjet Coders to code the products with a date.

About the Product we delivered:

The unique features of the three labelling Systems are :

Electro - welded frame which supports all of the devices - includes wheels and special levelers.
Conveyor belt to support all various devices fitted on articulated and inclinable supports.
Labeling Machine fitted with devices for label application and the printer
Electric Cabin with electrical circuit and command keys of the machine and an electric control board.
In-feed and out-feed rotary tables to guide products onto the conveyor.

About the labelers:

Compact WX - to label round products with the label wrapped around them.
Compact TS - to label on the top of the products
Compact OS - H - to label on the side of products
