parameters for reliable production incl a Total counter, and partial counter. How does it work ?

LOADING AND FILLING

Well, the operator places an empty containers on the rotary star wheel,the machine indexes to an automatic volumetric filling unit. The filling nozzle goes down into the bottle and here the example is milk, which is directed to the bottle side. 

This is done to avoid foaming.

CAP PLACEMENT 

On the upper station, a cap is positioned on the bottle. Caps are usually

loaded into a vibrating hopper and they are aligned to the correct orientation in a distribution slide.

CAP TIGHTENING

The following station has a pneumatic screw capping head that will fix the cap on the bottle. 

SMOOTH EJECTION

Before the ejection of the packed bottle upon request.

OPTIONAL CODING SOLUTIONS

It is also possible to install a pneumatic coder to print data or a code on the cap or a programmable batch date inkjet coding solution.

OPTIONAL SEALING OF BOTTLES OR CUPS

The same system can also be completed with a sealing head to seal bottles or seal pots if the machine is used for the two applications.
